The solar panels are crafted from 0.5mm thick aluminium, featuring a vibrant, UV-resistant sublimation print that captures the original satellite's design. A 2mm aluminium rod antenna is inserted and glued into the main satellite body.

A 6-inch diameter, 6mm thick metal base provides a stable and elegant platform, featuring a beautifully etched line drawing of the Aryabhata satellite, accompanied by clearly readable technical specifications, offering a fascinating glimpse into the satellite's mission.
